Dans les contrées désolées du Tamil Nadu, un citadin égaré sollicite l'aide de trois habitants locaux pour retrouver sa famille disparue, supposément enlevée par des êtres malveillants d'un village maudit. Pendant ce temps, un héritier maniaque d'un empire pharmaceutique envoie un groupe de mercenaires dans le même village pour récupérer quelque chose depuis longtemps oubliée.
